Warranty

Cheeky Fly Fishing is proud to be an independent fly fishing manufacturer.  We do not have to play by corporate rules, and for our customers, that means outstanding service all the time – guaranteed.

All Cheeky Fly Reels carry a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in material and workmanship.  Cheeky Fly Fishing will repair or replace any Cheeky Fly Reels with manufacturing defects at no cost for parts or labor.

This warranty does not cover repair or replacement of any parts damaged by misuse, modification, neglect, accident, improper maintenance or normal wear and tear.  This warranty is valid for the original registered owner only and is non-transferrable.  The original owner must complete warranty registration within 90 days of purchase.  Damaged parts may be replaced with the most current parts, which may include variations in color and design.  Cheeky Fly Fishing has sole discretion to determine whether its products are covered under this warranty.

Service

For repair or replacement, please package your reel securely, insure and send prepaid to the address below.  Cheeky Fly Fishing is not responsible for damage to line or backing and requests removal prior to service.  Your package should include a brief description of the issue and contact information (including phone, email and address).  All warranty claims and repairs must include a $40 check made payable to Cheeky Fly Fishing for return shipping, handling and insurance.  For repairs not covered by this warranty, Cheeky Fly Fishing will provide an estimate for your approval.
